Vision Inspection & Counting System With Ready-Made Bagger
The counting packing system combines two parts: Vision Counting machine & Ready-made Bagger. It can produce, fill and close tubular film bags in only one process.
The Counting machinebases on Vision system, revolutionary gave up the traditional multiple channel counting method. Its mechanism is brand new and patented, including high speed image capturing, actuate counting, and logical allocation. It is ideal to fill and pack large quantities of small free flowing products such as seeds, pills, parts or capsules.
The Ready-made Bagger runs the tubular bag films. According to the machine used filling is done either manually, semi-automatically or automatically. The best parameters for sealing and bag length can be adjusted.
Thanks to touchscreen and unhindered product feeding, the operation becomes very easy.
