Discrete Products Packaging System Featuers:
Color displayed Touch Panel + Stable Reliable PLC with Dual axis output high accuracy, thus the Bagging machine can final all steps in one-time, including bag Forming, filling, sealing, printing and cutting.
Air and electric control are separated, less noisy and more stable.
Panasonic Servo to drive pulley, two belts working at the same time, offering enough friction to pull film, less sliding, nicer bag and the belts will be longer life.
External Film Holder assemblies with Screw inside, the film roll is fixed in center mandatory, no need extra adjustment, saving time.
Adopts Motor to track the film. Operator can tune and center the film in Touch Panel directly. Automatic Tracking system is available to choose too.
Most of electrical parts and pneumatic parts are protected, avoid dusty to damage the parts.
Whole machine is made of SUS#304, including thick enough Stainless-steel tube and film bracket. Not SUS#201 or covered Iron. Thus the machine is stronger, longer life and more rustproof.
